Do you keep a journal or diary? How often do you write in it?

Outside of my blog, I have not kept a real journal since 2002, but I still fetish the physical journal, which was perfect and beautiful, and is, except that it got caught in a flood of my apartment so it is water-damaged, which I guess I consider "aging" and "character."
